These biscuits are actually better than Bisquick. Seriously!
1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup soy flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. xanthan gum
6 T butter
1 cup soy milk
1 T cider vinegar
1 cup water
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients. Then add the wet ingredients. Mix with a mixer on medium until smooth. With a large spoon drop the dough on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
