Key Ingriendent Cooking
Wednesday night I went to my local Whole Foods and attended a class led by Jodi Balis. She was recently featured on Good Morning America describing her $60 a week food budget for 2 adults. You can read about it here. The class has inspired me to be more creative in regards to my menu planning. She taught us how to choose a staple ingredient and plan your menu using that ingredient multiple times. The goal being that you will eat the food you have on hand before it goes bad and you'll save money in the process. I'm inspired! And of course I'll be keeping you posted on the results.
